Tim began helping in the family business at an early age. Tim has developed a unique grasp of the political impact and public relation needs demanded by certain projects and conducts many public meetings with land owners and local authorities to get the needed political approvals for his clients projects. Experience with public officials and members of city councils gives Tim the knowledge and understanding of ever changing public opinion for development in the Mid-Missouri area.

Nathan Eckhoff, PE

Nathan joined Crockett Engineering in 2002 and became a partner in Crockett Engineering Consultants, LLC in 2003. Nathan brings to Crockett Engineering, extensive experience as a manager of construction projects for Ford Motor Co., Daimler-Chrysler, Boeing and Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis. In addition to his construction management experience, Nathan has an extensive background with projects involving site layout, roadway design, site grading, storm and sanitary sewer design, and erosion control.

Greg Linneman, PE

Greg is responsible for managing the structural branch of Crockett Engineering.  He has expertise in the design and construction of a variety of building types—commercial, institutional, health care, recreational, worship, retail, warehouse, industrial and others.  Greg has extensive experience with tilt-up construction, construction inspection and field practices relating to the structural components of his projects.

David Butcher, PLS

David Butcher is responsible for overseeing the Surveying Department at Crockett Engineering. He checks, directs and supervises staff in the preparation of subdivision plats, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, condominium exhibits, as-built, topographic and flood surveys, as well as flood plain certifications, data gathering and title research.

Chris Sander, PE, PLS

Chris joined Crockett Engineering in 1994. Chris’s experience as a field surveyor laid a firm foundation for his position as project engineer specializing in commercial and industrial developments, flood plain and stream hydraulics, as well as storm water detention and retention facilities. Experience gained from these areas and others has given Chris a thorough familiarity with the permitting processes of the Corps of Engineers and Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
