• Located in neighboring Fulton, MO

• Utilized a combination of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units

• Maximized density on a site with over 100’ of vertical fall

 

Campus Lodge

• 192 units student living development

• Traditional apartment style buildings

• Maximized density using architectural footprint

• 12 unit apartment style buildings

• 450 total bedrooms

• Designed site to protect flood prone area downstream

 

Copper Beech

• 188 one, two, three, and four bedroom units

• Designed site to preserve a substantial amount of on-site climax forest

• Site contained an Army Corps of Engineers regulated waterway

 

The Cottages of Columbia

• Combination of 1, 2, 4, and 8 unit buildings

• 525 total beds

• Developed in an environmentally sensitive area

 

The Grove at Columbia

• 216 units totaling 632 beds

• Designed utilizing 4-story buildings

• Designed in conjunction with scenic overlay zoning district

 

Beta Theta Pi Fraternity

• New 32,500 square foot fraternity house

• 74 beds in two and four-person suites

• Extremely tight site that required complex storm sewer system

 

Alpha gamma Rho Fraternity

• 81 bed fraternity house

• New 19,500 square foot building

• Situated on tight site with multiple building constraints
