Tim began helping in the family business at an early age. Tim has developed a unique grasp of the political impact and public relation needs demanded by certain projects and conducts many public meetings with land owners and local authorities to get the needed political approvals for his clients projects. Experience with public officials and members of city councils gives Tim the knowledge and understanding of the ever changing public opinion for development. Tim takes our projects from concept to point of design. Our projects range in size from the smallest of civil projects up to 1000 acre master plan developments.

Nathan Eckhoff, PE

Nathan is responsible for managing the design side of the civil engineering branch of Crockett Engineering.  He has expertise of design and construction in a wide range of projects from 40 acre manufacturing facilities, over 5,000 student housing units, and subdivisions totaling over 15,000 single family lots. He has an extensive background with cost effective site layouts, roadway design, site grading, storm and sanitary sewer design, and erosion control.

In 2009, Mr. Linneman joined Crockett Engineering and started the structural department focusing mainly on local commercial projects involving mostly masonry, steel, concrete, and wood construction. His ties to the construction industries have allowed Crockett Engineering to complete sizable projects in more than 25 states including institutional, commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects. As senior project manager, Mr. Linneman oversees the Crockett Engineering structural staff, and works closely with other consultants on the design team to ensure the structural plans are well coordinated with the other disciplines and are constructible and easy to read. He remains active in the project design and management throughout the duration of his projects.

Mr. Steinman is a construction materials engineer and also a geotechnical engineer for Crockett. Mr. Steinman has more than 10 years of construction testing project management experience including construction materials engineering and IBC Chapter 17 Special Inspections. His construction materials engineering experience primarily involves testing and inspection services with earthwork, aggregate, concrete, soils, shallow and deep foundations, masonry, wood framing, light gage metal framing, and structural steel. He is also experienced with geotechnical engineering projects involving deep and shallow foundation investigations, swelling soils, and pavement.
